By Jessica Wald

Area residents will no longer have to travel to a bigger town to renew their vehicle registration, as the Napoleon City Council approved the placement of a ND Dept. of Motor Vehicle kiosk to be located in the Napoleon City Hall during their regular meeting last Monday, January 4.

All council members were present including Mayor Todd Moos, Debbie Sperle, Arron Marquart, Bob Humann, Clark Haas, Rod Kleppe and Jon Starkey.

Council members approved the first of three readings of an updated animal . . .
