Two WLC Employees Named Employees Of The Year
During the North Dakota Long Term Care Association’s Awards Gala at the beginning of the month, Wentz Living Center’s Director of Nursing, Melissa Glatt received the ND Nurse Administrator of the Year Award, while the Environmental Services Employee, Connie Reinke received the 2026 ND Environmental Professional of the Year Award.
Glatt has been employed at WLC since 1998 and has been the DON since 2007. “With Melissa’s leadership skills along, with her calm and understanding approach, I know that resident and employee issues are handled in a timely and professional manner. Her personality is always pleasant and never intimidating. I feel that it makes an impact on people and makes them feel at ease knowing that Melissa is easily approachable and will always listen to someone’s ideas or input to make our facility a great home and an enjoyable place to work,” noted WLC Administrator Rick Regner.
