Imperials In Quad In North Sargent

The Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter boy’s wrestling team was part of a quadrangular wrestling tournament in North Sargent on Thurs., Jan. 15. The Imperials faced off against Lisbon and lost 6-59. NGS wrestlers winning matches in this dual were eighth grader Beau Grunefelder at 133 lbs. and junior Andre Doll at 215 lbs. Both won by decision.
In the Imperials second dual they lost to Kindred 7-48. The two Imperials winning matches in this dual were Beau Grunefelder at 133 lbs. and eighth grader Westen Baumgartner at 145 lbs.
In the final match of the evening for NGS wrestlers this one was a close one. The Imperials came away with four individual wins before losing. . .
