Bitz Receives Honorary Member Award
Claire Bitz, Napoleon was named an honorary member to the Napoleon FFA Chapter during the chapter’s annual awards banquet. The banquet was held on Sunday, April 12 at the Napoleon School Gym with a reported 190 members and guests in attendance.
Bitz, received the top honor of the night in recognition for her work put forth in arranging and preparing for the annual Napoleon FFA Alumni CDE event as well as assisting chapter members.
Emcee for the evening was senior, FFA President Elodie Kuhn. NHS High School Principal and Athletic Director Chad Burger offered the welcome and recognized long-time FFA Advisor Mr. Brian Schneider for his success with the Napoleon FFA program. Senior and FFA VP Eva Weigel introduced the head table. Guest speaker of the evening was State FFA Secretary Kristyn Bauer. Prior to the meal Napoleon FFA Chaplain Miranda Becker led the invocation.
